The Lordship Group is primarily involved in Office, Retail and Residential Real Estate Investment and Development throughout Central Europe and more recently in the United Kingdom, where a Lordship UK Central London Fund has been formed, with a portfolio focusing largely on office and retail investments, to take advantage of the existing market conditions.
Lordship’s activities originally started in 1989 in the United Kingdom and building on from this success and completed transactions throughout Central Europe, developed over 1 million square feet of commercial and residential space.
Lordship Estates s.r.o. was established in 1991, with it’s principal office in Prague and later satellite offices in Brno, the capital of Moravia and Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. In Bratislava, Lordship is actively developing a large Retail and Office Project and has previously gained a number of prestigious awards, most notably for Jungmannova Plaza, Domy Heroldovy Sady and Petrov Business Centre.
In 2007 the company transformed to a new legal entity as Lordship a.s and today, continues to build upon its success and actively strengthen and steadily expand its asset base geographically.
