Company history

LORDSHIP group is an experienced and successful real estate investor and developer, focused primarily on retail, office, residential and hotel sectors in Central Europe.

Our activities commenced in the United Kingdom at the end of the 1980‘s and LORDSHIP continues to grow, having completed over 600,000 sqm of commercial and residential accommodation to date in Central Europe.

The company began its activities in the Czech Republic in 1991, opening its head office in Prague before expanding into Brno, the principal city of the Moravia region and thereafter into Bratislava, the capital city of the Slovak Republic.

Building on its expertise in emerging markets, LORDSHIP has recently established a fully staffed office in Nairobi, Kenya (lordshipafrica.com) where the company is focusing on retail led mixed use schemes and large scale affordable housing.

LORDSHIP has gained a number of prestigious awards for its developments, most notably Jungmannova Plaza, our Class A office project in Prague. In Bratislava we are actively developing a major mixed use, city centre urban regeneration project and in Karlovy Vary we are progressing a landmark leisure and commercial project which will transform the centre of this historic spa town.

We are also proud to work in cooperation with the major retailer Tesco Plc.

Multi-national institutions and companies committed to our developments include the European Union, Tesco, SPAR, Royal Bank of Scotland, Citibank, Clifford Chance, DLA Piper, Johnson & Johnson, Bertelsmann, Raiffeisenbank, Sanoma Magazines.
