Green development
We mean green. We consider the environmental impact of all parts of our activities, from waste separation to developing green buildings. The latter is of huge importance as buildings in typical western countries are reported to generate 40-45% of total CO2 emissions, higher than any other sector including industry and transport. This excludes CO2 emissions generated in the development process, from the manufacture of building materials through the construction process itself.
Our development at Na Příkopě 14 reached the level LEED Gold certification. We aim to achieve high standards in all our developments and are endeavouring to set a new benchmark in active and passive energy efficiency in our urban regeneration projects.
