Acting on behalf of the company - responsibility definition

Each of the companies forming part of the LORDSHIP Group (the "Company") shall only be bound by the legal acts of its statutory bodies and the legal acts of other persons acting on the basis of a power of attorney or a procurement agreement. All agreements with the Company shall become valid and effective no earlier than upon their execution in written form.

Každá jednotlivá společnost z koncernu LORDSHIP (dále jen „Společnost“) je vázána pouze právním jednáním svých statutárních orgánů, a dále právním jednáním osob, jednajících za Společnost na základě plné moci či prokury. Veškeré smlouvy se Společností nabudou platnosti a účinnosti nejdříve jejich uzavřením v písemné formě.
